I specialize in turning designs into high-performing web apps - from sleek front-ends to powerful back-ends. Let's discuss your next project.
Building real-world products that ship, scale, and actually solve problems.
I'm Moti Gelana, a full-stack software developer based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I graduated with a 3.83 CGPA in Computer Science from Hope Enterprise University College. I specialize in building real-world web applications - from QR-based restaurant systems and e-commerce platforms to professional service marketplaces. I bridge the gap between complex code and seamless execution, delivering custom digital tools that optimize your workflow and elevate your brand.
End-to-end web applications built with modern stacks including Next.js, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and Laravel - from database schema to polished UI.
QR-based digital menus for restaurants and cafes with live item availability, category filters, customer reviews, and a full admin dashboard.
Role-based restaurant management platforms with real-time kitchen order tracking, waiter-cashier workflows, and daily sales analytics.
Fully-featured online stores with secure authentication, dynamic cart management, payment integration, and seamless order placement flows.
PMS platforms for hotels and rental buildings - booking, tenant and lease tracking, rent collection, check-in/check-out, and maintenance workflows.
RESTful API design and third-party integrations - payment gateways (Chapa), SMS notifications (AfroMessage), real-time events, and more.
Technical advisory on stack selection, system architecture, scalability planning, and development best practices for teams and founders.
Pixel-perfect translation of Figma or design mockups into responsive, accessible, and animated web interfaces using Tailwind CSS and Framer Motion.
Have something specific in mind? Let's talk about it.
A battle-tested, four-step approach that turns ideas into reliable, production-ready products - every single time.
Plan before a single line.
I break the problem down - data models, user flows, and edge cases - so the architecture is rock-solid before any code is written.
Readable, modular, maintainable.
I write well-structured code with reusable components and clear conventions, keeping the codebase easy to scale and a joy to extend.
Fast, polished, bug-free.
I profile performance, squash bugs, and refine every interaction until the experience feels effortless across all devices.
Ship with confidence.
I handle deployment, monitoring, and handover end-to-end, so your product goes live reliably and is ready for real users from day one.
